The Daily Entrance begins December 19, 2016 and ends January 28, 2017. All Entries must be received by 7 pm, E.T., on January 28, 2017 and there are no refunds as it pertains to this prize entry with funds being donated to The DeQuincy Stanberry Malone Foundation, supporting Autism/Special Needs Children. Entries become the property of Holy Ghost Ministries International Association & Fervent House Publication & Production Co. 2300 B. Owens Pkwy; Longview, TX (“Sponsor”) and will not be acknowledged or returned.
ELIGIBILITY
Studio Entrance (the “Drawing”) is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding Puerto Rico) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Members, Associates, and Employees of Holy Ghost Ministries International Association, and Fervent House Publication & Production Co., and other Ministries/Companies associated with the promotion of the Drawing, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such member, associate, employee are not eligible.
The Drawing is subject to Federal, State, and Local Laws and regulations.

The Drawing is sponsored by Holy Ghost Ministries International Association and Fervent House Publication & Production Co., located at 2300 B. Owens Pkwy. Longview, TX 75604.
AGREEMENT OF OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES
Participation in the Drawing constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Guidelines, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Being chosen in the Drawing is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and Guidelines and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
DRAWING PERIOD
The entrance date begins December 19, 2016 at 5:00 pm, and ends on January 28, 2017 at 7:00 pm the drawing entrance. Entries that are submitted before or after the Drawing Period, will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Drawing Entrance using any of the following methods.
HOW TO ENTER
Limit on how many times you enter are limitless. All entrants are required to sow a seed/register 2 people each time they register entering each person’s name you are sow a seed for/registering. Two entries per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Drawing Entrance, regardless of methods of entry for 2 attending for the 2017 Seven Up Manna Fest Celebration. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING
On or about April 1, 2017, the Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depends on the number of entries received for 2 or more guest to attend HGMIA 4th Annual Seven Up Manna Fest Celebration, Saturday, April 1, 2017 | 12 pm Holiday In Express N. Infinity Ballroom, Longview, TX 75605. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about April 1, 2017. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor mat select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email, or phone. Each potential winner (parent/legal guardian of a special needs person in his/her State of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her winning studio recording with Friends of Praise. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or winning opportunity is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits studio time with Friends of Praise.. If the potential winner is at least eighteen (18) but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence due to special needs or impairment/guardian assistance, Sponsor reserves the right to award studio time in the name of his/her guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winners behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Guidelines, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize/studio time with Friends of Praise to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only six (6) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize/studio time with Friends of Praise will remain un-awarded. Prize/studio time with Friends of Praise will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the consideration of the Drawing.
PRIZES
Winner receives GRAND PRIZE the opportunity to record with “Friends of Praise” on their new single the summer 2017 when registering 2 to attend the Seven Up Manna Fest Celebration. SECOND PRIZE winner will receive a 1 day stay at a Luxury Hotel in Longview, TX when registering for one to attend the Seven Up Manna Fest Celebration. THIRD PRIZE winner will receive a gift card from Fervent House Publication & Production Co. when registering 1 to attend the Seven Up Manna Fest Celebration; all prizes are courtesy of Holy Ghost Ministries International Association & Fervent House Publication & Production Co. also know as the Sponsor.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
In event that the operation, security, or administration of the Drawing is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, viruses, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Drawing is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Drawing to address the impairment and then resume the Drawing in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules and Guidelines or (b) terminate the Drawing and, in to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and Guidelines or in unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing maybe a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules and Guidelines shall not Constitute or waiver of that provision.
RELEASE OF LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Drawing, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Drawing, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, members, associates, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Drawing or receipt r use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) including but not limited to (a) any technical errors associated with the Drawing, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunication's or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Drawing; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human printing or typographical errors; (d) any other errors or problems in connection with the Drawing, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Drawing, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event, and/or the flyover, if applicable, or in part, from entrants participation in the Drawing or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Drawing, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Drawing. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Longview, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and Guidelines, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations to the Sponsor on connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law o conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the United States of America.

When you sow a seed/register, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your name, mailing address, and email address.
